I- JOIN THE COLLEGE BOARD ON Oct. 11, 2012, AT THE UNIVISION VIRTUAL COLLEGE FAIR
This free online event is hosted by Univision, a College Board partner, to provide bilingual information for parents and students. Please share this with your Spanish-speaking students and their families. The College Board's Director of Diversity Initiatives, Adriana Flores-Ragade, will be giving a live interactive presentation in Spanish at 8 p.m. EST (5 p.m. PST) called "Parents in the College Admission Process: Maximizing College Options with the College Board."

II- HIALEAH HIGH VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS CONSERVATORY (MAGNET PROGRAM)
As you know, this year Hialeah High opened its doors as a Visual and Performing Arts Conservatory. The magnet program will provide students with a world class arts education, along with a rigorous curriculum, that will prepare them for careers in the arts and postsecondary education.
Programs of studies are in the areas of visual arts, music, drama, and dance.
